AGENT GATEWAY TERMS OF SERVICE Effective date: October 31, 2026 1. Acceptance and scope These Terms govern your use of the Agent Gateway application and relay services provided by Zerobox (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must have the legal capacity and authority to accept these Terms, including on behalf of any organization whose accounts or data you connect. 2. What the Service does Agent Gateway connects your device with a paired agent, such as Meta Muse, to request limited Gmail information. The app provides controls for authorizing source access, reviewing results, and approving or denying disclosure. A relay transports encrypted requests and results and supports notifications. Availability and supported features depend on your app version, device, deployment configuration, and third-party services. Beta and TestFlight releases may contain errors, change, or become unavailable. 3. Your accounts and approvals Only connect accounts and disclose information you are authorized to access and share. You are responsible for securing your device, account credentials, pairing codes, and paired agents. Review pairing details, requested access, previews, and any approval rules before accepting them. Remove pairings and revoke permissions when they are no longer needed or you suspect unauthorized access. Source access consent and disclosure approval serve different purposes. Granting access allows retrieval under the app's controls; disclosure approval permits sharing the approved result with the paired agent. Saved approval rules may permit disclosure within the rule's scope until the rule expires or is revoked. 4. Information and privacy The app is designed to keep Gmail credentials and device private keys on your device and to encrypt private request and result payloads in transit through the relay. The relay handles operational information needed for routing, pairing, and notification delivery. These design features do not guarantee that every device, recipient, or deployment is secure. Filtering and redaction may miss sensitive information. You remain responsible for reviewing what you share. Once a recipient receives approved information, Agent Gateway cannot guarantee its deletion or control the recipient's storage, use, or onward disclosure. Review the recipient's terms and privacy practices. These Terms do not replace any applicable privacy notice. 5. Acceptable use Do not use the Service to violate applicable law or another person's rights; access accounts without permission; steal credentials or data; send malicious requests or software; bypass consent, approval, authentication, or security controls; or disrupt the Service or its providers. Do not misrepresent your identity, authority, or the purpose of a request. 6. Third-party services Google, Apple, Meta Muse, hosting providers, and other third parties operate independently and may impose their own terms, policies, limits, and charges. Their availability and behavior are outside the Service operator's control. Mentioning a third party does not imply its endorsement of Agent Gateway. You are responsible for evaluating information or actions produced by a paired agent before relying on them. 7. Ownership and software license You retain your rights in your information. You authorize processing and transmission of that information as necessary to carry out your requests and approvals and operate the Service, subject to applicable privacy commitments. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your information. The repository's source code is separately licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0, as provided in LICENSE. These Terms do not limit rights granted by that license. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses. 8. Availability, suspension, and stopping use The Service may change or be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider changes, or other operational reasons. The operator may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, security threats, or legal requirements. You may stop using the Service at any time. You can disconnect Gmail, revoke Google account access, remove pairings and saved approval rules, and uninstall the app. These actions do not recall information already delivered to recipients or necessarily delete records held independently by third-party providers. 9. Disclaimers To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, complete filtering, or the accuracy or suitability of results supplied by third parties or agents. 10. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or waives mandatory consumer rights or remedies. 11. Changes to these Terms Updated Terms will be made available with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the app, repository, or another available Service notice before they take effect where required by law. If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using the Service. 12. Contact For questions about these Terms or the Service, contact Zerobox: hello@zerobox.ai For public technical issues and project feedback: https://github.com/lihyin/agent-gateway/issues For a separately operated deployment, contact that deployment's operator about its service. Do not post credentials, private email content, pairing codes, or other sensitive information in public issues.
