AGENT GATEWAY PRIVACY POLICY Effective date: October 31, 2026 1. WHO WE ARE Agent Gateway is operated by Zerobox ("we", "us"). It lets you review requests from a paired Muse client for selected Gmail information and decide what to share. This policy describes the iOS app and its associated relay service. It does not replace the privacy policies of Google, Apple, Cloudflare, Muse, or another service you choose to use. Privacy contact: hello@zerobox.ai 2. INFORMATION THE APP HANDLES Gmail access. If you connect Gmail, Google handles your sign-in and consent. Agent Gateway receives OAuth access and refresh tokens so it can make the authorized Gmail API requests directly from your device. The app does not receive or store your Google password. Gmail tokens stay in device-local secure storage and are not sent to the relay or your paired agent. Email information. Following source-access approval, the app can retrieve bounded search results with selected fields such as message identifiers, dates, senders, subjects, and short snippets. The current app does not retrieve attachments or full message bodies and does not send, delete, or modify mail. Search terms, request purposes, date ranges, and requested fields are processed to prepare the review and enforce its scope. Pairing and security information. The app creates device keys and pairing identifiers. The relay stores public device and agent pairing records, encrypted notification destinations, update timestamps, rate-control records, and revoked pairing identifiers. Device private keys remain on your device. These records are used to authenticate requests, deliver notifications, prevent replay and abuse, and honor pairing revocation. Notification and delivery information. With notifications enabled, Apple Push Notification service (APNs) handles a device push token and encrypted request delivery. The relay processes encrypted requests and results. Notifications use generic alert text rather than email content. The device temporarily stores encrypted incoming requests until they are imported or expire. Local review records. The app stores request state, proposed disclosures, approval decisions, saved approval rules, and a limited local audit history to support review, expiry, and replay protection. Network information. Connections to Google, Apple, and the relay necessarily expose network information such as IP addresses and connection timing to the services handling those connections. Infrastructure providers may process operational and security information under their own policies and settings. 3. HOW INFORMATION IS USED AND SHARED We use information to connect Gmail, pair your selected agent, deliver requests, prepare previews, apply your decisions, return approved results, and protect the service against unauthorized use. You authorize source access before the app fetches email information. You can then review the proposed disclosure, remove fields or shorten text, share once, or deny the request. Where offered, a saved approval applies only to its exact scope and has a limited lifetime. Additional device authentication may be required for sensitive fields. Automatic filtering is best effort and may miss sensitive information; inspect the preview before sharing. Requests and results are encrypted between the paired endpoints. The relay forwards encrypted content and does not have the endpoint private keys needed to decrypt email previews or approved results. It does not have Gmail tokens or authority to fetch your email or approve disclosure. When you approve sharing, the paired Muse client receives and decrypts the approved information to carry out your request. This is a transfer to the recipient you paired. Review that service's privacy practices, account settings, and retention policies before sharing. Agent Gateway cannot recall information already delivered to another service. Google provides Gmail authentication and email APIs. Apple provides iOS security services and push notifications. Cloudflare hosts the relay and its pairing registry. These providers process the information necessary for those functions and may process it in countries other than your own. The app has no advertising SDK or third-party product-analytics SDK in its current implementation. We do not sell Gmail information, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. Agent Gateway's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy and the Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy, including their Limited Use requirements. User-directed sharing supports the requested user-facing feature; it does not authorize advertising, resale, or generalized model training. 4. STORAGE AND RETENTION On iOS, credentials, private keys, and review state use device-local Keychain storage configured to be accessible when the device is unlocked and without iCloud synchronization. The encrypted notification inbox uses a backup-excluded file with iOS file protection. Previews are obscured when the app becomes inactive. No storage or transmission method guarantees absolute security. Requests expire after a bounded period, generally no more than five minutes. Saved approval rules last at most 24 hours. Local request and replay records are pruned according to the app's expiry rules, generally within 24 hours after request expiry when cleanup runs. The local review audit is capped at 100 events and seven days. Cleanup occurs during app processing or initialization; closing the app does not guarantee immediate physical deletion of every record. The relay coordinates live encrypted delivery without a persistent email message or result mailbox. Active pairing and encrypted destination records are retained to support the connection until replaced, disabled, or revoked as applicable. Revoked pairing records and security counters can remain for replay prevention; the current registry does not assign them a fixed automatic deletion period. Provider operational records follow the provider's applicable retention practices. Data received by your paired agent follows that recipient's retention practices. 5. YOUR CHOICES AND DELETION You can deny requests, edit proposed disclosures, reset saved approvals, disconnect Gmail, unpair Muse, or turn off notifications in the app or iOS settings. Disconnecting Gmail removes locally stored Gmail credentials and clears the app's source-review state. The app attempts to revoke Google access; if that request cannot complete, revoke the grant in your Google Account's third-party access settings as well. Unpairing removes the local pairing and attempts to revoke the relay pairing and notification route. A network failure can delay remote cleanup. Previously shared information remains with the recipient unless that recipient deletes it. Deleting the app should not be relied on as the only way to revoke Google access or remove relay records; disconnect and unpair first when possible. For privacy questions or requests to access, correct, or delete information held by the operator, contact hello@zerobox.ai. We may need information to verify your request and identify relevant pairing records. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, private keys, or email content in a support request. Some security records may need to be retained to prevent replay or meet applicable legal obligations. We will explain relevant limitations when responding to a request. 6. CLIPBOARD AND EXTERNAL SERVICES When you use setup-copy actions, pairing instructions, a temporary code, or agent configuration can be written to the system clipboard for you to paste into your trusted Muse session. Clipboard contents and the destination chat are outside the app's secure vault and may be retained or synchronized by your device or the receiving service. Treat a pairing code as confidential. The app does not automatically paste or send clipboard contents to Muse. 7. POLICY CHANGES We will update the effective date when this policy changes. Material changes to data access or sharing will be communicated through an appropriate notice and, where required, a new consent request before the changed processing.
